Crescent Chemicals, the flagship company of The Crescent Group was established in 1964 in Mumbai as a distributor in Petrochemicals, Polymers & Fertilizer Products. 

With the expansion of business, in trading and related activities keeping in view of the objective of concentrating on market development of agency products, enlarging the range of products and strengthening the import, export & indenting facility an associate company was incorporated in Feb 1991 in the name of Crescent Organics Pvt. Ltd.

Products marketed by Crescent caters to all the segments of the Indian Industry like paints & coatings, agro chemicals, adhesives, flavors & fragrances, pharmaceuticals, construction chemicals, etc. Our marketing network runs through all major cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Daman, Hyderabad and Chennai, with direct access to all major end-users.

Crescent handles half a million tons of bulk and packed products annually and has adequate storage facilities for handling bulk imports as well as ample warehousing facilities to store packed products. Having strong relationship with Indian Chemical, Petrochemical and Polymer industries, we have diversified our business activities in the field of exports as well. 

Apart from trading, distribution & indenting on behalf of our principals, Crescent renders ancillary services including storage in shore tanks at terminal ports, custom clearance, cargo-survey and arranging deliveries as per customers’ requirements. Transparency of Crescent’s business policy makes the users feel secure and satisfied with our services. 

The extensive experience accumulated for over the past 60 years has helped Crescent in maintaining its outstanding position in the field of chemical & polymer trading and distribution. Keeping up with the rapidly growing globalization of the international chemical trade, the Group has acquired in the year 2000 a major shareholding in Kemsol Ltd., an UAE based chemical & polymer distribution company having state of the art warehousing facility in Jebel Ali Free Trade Zone and catering to Middle East customers.
