Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive with expertise in the petrochemical industry to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong customer relationships in the petrochemicals sector. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively promote our products and services and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote petrochemical products, targeting key market segment and industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product diversification, and customer acquisition, to drive revenue growth and market share.
Responsible for developing new customers & servicing existing clients.
Keeping track of and smoothly completing the entire sales cycle.
Responsible for growth of sales and profitability of assigned territory and product segments.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the petrochemical industry.
Managing day to day sales and marketing activities with smooth delivery & dispatch of goods and on time payments and statutory forms from customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to develop pricing strategies, product offerings, and value propositions that meet customer requirements and market demands.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, including petrochemical producers, distributors, end-users, and industry associations, to understand their needs and preferences and position our products and services effectively.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and secure contracts with customers.
Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, margins, and market share, and analyze trends and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers and resolve any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment or delivery.

Collects market information and gain a comprehensive knowledge about company products.
Responsible for inventory planning, pricing, inventory turnover and accounts receivables.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and enhance our presence in the petrochemical industry.
Will be required to travel extensively.
Flexibility in terms of working hours and days.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent command on English & Hindi language along with strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional etiquette and diplomacy in dealing with stakeholders.
Proven experience in marketing and sales roles within the petrochemical or chemical industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of petrochemical products, demand trends, applications, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and profitability.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software..
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and represent the company.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
